Irish Assassin Declan Finn commits to a final job in a small New England hamlet after his mother's murder. Arriving in the town to uncover a conspiracy that leads all the way back to City Hall. Complications arise when the town's mayor solicits the services of Finn's sadistic former mentor, Le Morte.
