It is contemporary drama set in Poland. The story is set in winter and this group of people are doctors working at the same hospital. The relationships between them and their families are marked by one common thing, there is emotional coldness. There are no real relationships and people don't communicate with each other. The film has a multi narrative structure and is told from different characters points of view.
