Amar and Prem are two small-town buffoons who want to get rich quickly. They separately plan to court a rich heiress Raveena who is the only daughter of a London-based businessman, Ram Gopal Bajaj. When Amar and Prem learn of each other's plans, an intense tussle of oneupmanship ensues over who will win Raveena's heart. When both find out that they are after the same woman, they decide to outdo each other to win over Raveena's affections. Unsure of what groom, she is going to marry, Raveena asks her secretary, Karisma, to pose has herself, while she assumes her name. The result is hilarious chaos.
