One day the gay-like british man tries to get a porn video at the garage sale which is held by weird man. But his money is only 25 cents down for it, and so he goes to the cash dispenser(ATM) to withdraw his saving money.However strange quiz show,which is like a quiz millionaire, is going on inside of the ATM monitor. The host of the quiz show is unidentified stupid colonel. The british man isn't supposed to be able to withdraw his money unless he selects the correct answer. He tries to manage the quiz but everything goes wrong and moreover dead line is in 10 minutes. The colonel is getting much stupid a lot as time goes by. Gradually audience must be confused by this story, then after watching this movie, it might turn out to be that this movie doesn't make sense at all. The unprecedented final battle is broken out.
