Filmed in an average town's average suburb, Agenda 187 gives a surrealistic feel to the American dream as we know it. Shady, moody and deathly tranquil, Agenda 187 makes constant visual references to ghost towns we are used to seeing in classic westerns. The plot follows Julia Summers, a teenager coping with the deaths of two friends, brutally murdered the night before. Her friends, although aware of the recent deaths, are unsympathetic. Their sarcasm ends however when Julia herself is attacked, and thrown into a world of suspicion as friends and loved ones begin to reveal their dark sides.
