This patriotic concert, featuring the cute puppet Elmo of Sesame Street, is performed on the West Lawn of the U.S. Capitol in Washington, D.C. It's free and open to the public with no tickets required, and families from the surrounding areas (Virginia, Maryland and Washington) attend.
